Processing & Dispatch

Order Processing: We process most orders within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).

Same-Day Dispatch: Place your order before 4:00 PM (Monday–Friday), and we will aim to dispatch it the same day, subject to stock availability, payment approval and any verification checks. Orders placed after 4:00 PM, or over the weekend and on holidays, will be sent on the following working day.

Delivery Carrier: All domestic orders are dispatched via Royal Mail’s tracked service. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.
UK Shipping Only We deliver exclusively to addresses within Great Britain and Northern Ireland. We do not offer international shipping, and our checkout system will automatically decline any non-UK shipping addresses. Because every order is fulfilled locally within the UK, there are no customs delays, import duties or extra handling fees.
Packaging Products are dispatched in tamper-evident, protective packaging appropriate to lyophilised research materials. Please check the packaging on receipt and store Products promptly in accordance with the recommended storage conditions.
Deliveries, Delays & Address Accuracy

Address Errors: Please double-check your shipping details prior to completing checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address information you have supplied.

Returned Parcels: If your order is returned to us due to an uncollected package or failed delivery attempts, additional postage fees may apply to resend it.

Lost Parcels: If a parcel is officially marked as lost in transit by Royal Mail, we will launch an investigation and arrange a refund or replacement once the claim is resolved. Once tracking indicates that a package has been successfully delivered to the address you provided, risk in the Products passes to you in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Order Checks & Cancellations Where we reasonably consider it necessary for regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, payment security or verification of your research-purchaser declarations, we may pause, verify or cancel any order prior to dispatch. If we cancel an order we will refund any sum paid in full.
