Cagrilintide

Cagrilintide is a long-acting, acylated analogue of the pancreatic hormone amylin. It acts as a non-selective agonist at amylin receptors (calcitonin receptor/RAMP complexes) and the calcitonin receptor itself. It is investigational and is studied both alone and alongside GLP-1 receptor agonists.
